NASFAT has promoted Islamic values, community development in 30 years of existence — Babalola

The National Women’s Affairs Secretary of the Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT), Alhaja Ganiyat Babalola, has said that NASFAT, over the past 30 years of its existence, has played a significant role in promoting Islamic values and community development.

She stated this, on Friday at a special Jumat service, at the Lagos State Central Mosque, Alausa, Ikeja, to commemorate NASFAT’s 30th anniversary.

The event was led by NASFAT’s Chief Missioner, Alhaji Abdulazeez Onike, who delivered a sermon and led the Jumat prayer. During the service, NASFAT also announced that its yearly Ramadan lecture would take place on 9th of March, 2025.

Babalola highlighted the significant contributions of NASFAT women to the society, disclosing that women make up 70 per cent of NASFAT’s membership She expressed gratitude to Allah for the society’s journey over the past 30 years.
