The National Orientation Agency (NOA), Edo State, has warned residents and traders particularly women and youths against vote buying.

The agency also tasked residents to eschew violence before, during and after the general election.

NOA State Director, Mrs. Grace Eseka Ewere gave the warning, yesterday, during a walk for peaceful and violence free 2019 general elections.

The NOA boss accompanied by members of the agency visited several Benin markets and streets, where electorates were urged to vote candidates of their choice.

Ewere advised voters particularly market women to properly study the ballot papers before thumb printing to prevent voiding their votes.
