NSCDC boss charges officers on Professionalism
The Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Lagos State Command, Eweka Douglas Okoro, has charged officers and men of the command on discipline, professionalism, integrity, image building and dedication to duty.
He said the charge was in line with the vision its Commandant General, Ahmed Abubakar Audi, to ensure that men of the corps engage in retraining, professionalism, proactive intelligence and ethical conduct in the new year.
In a New Year Prayer and Meeting held at the Pavilion, Lagos State Command Headquarters, Alausa, Ikeja, Okoro charged the officers to focus on ensuring the protection of critical national assets and infrastructure in the state.
He also vowed to sustain good leadership style to improve already-established excellent security architecture in the state.
“Lagos is known for excellence and as the state of excellence, the Command will continue to render excellent security services in the state, in line with the statutory mandate and functions of the Corps in 2022,” Okoro added.
