Olawale-Cole hinges buoyant economy on good leadership
President, Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Michael Olawale-Cole, has premised improvement of Nigeria’s economy on good and visionary leadership.
He said this during the official visit of the District Governor, Rotary International, District 9110, made up of Lagos and Ogun states, Omotunde Lawson, to Rotary Club of Isolo.
Olawale-Cole, who spoke at the induction of Mr. Toye Ajola, Mr. Tunji Abudu and Mr. Adetola Olumide, said: “All we need to improve our economy is for Nigeria to have good leadership.”
“We have over 200 million Nigerians who are intelligent and Nigeria is also endowed with a lot of resources as a nation.
“We need good leadership that would harness all the resources and put the nation on the right path.
He, therefore, expressed satisfaction in Lawson’s quality leadership style, assuring that she would move the district to the next level.
Vice President and President-elect, Abimblola Oseni, promised that the board members would work hand in hand with the President for the success of the programme.
