Onaolapo assures Nigerians of greater future as church celebrates anniversary

The General Overseer of Abundant Life Gospel Church, Rev Dr. Janet Onaolapo has reiterated her commitment to continue interceding until there is positive impact on citizens and communities throughout the country.

Rev. Onaolapo, who is also the Vice Chairman, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) stated this in a on statement on the church’s 40th anniversary celebrations commencing Monday, October 21 to Sunday, October 27, with the theme; ‘Next Level.’

According to Onaolapo, the anniversary will have a positive impact on Nigeria with intercessory prayers to be made for the nation.

She disclosed that thousands of worshipers from the twenty branches of the church in Nigeria and the diaspora, friends and loved ones are expected to be at the anniversary.

The general overseer testified that for the past 40 years, God has constantly fought for the Church the battles of life and declared this year to be the period of supernatural manifestations as she urged every participant to be ready to meet the one who answers prayers and be ready for the next level.

Onaolapo remarked that for 40 years, the Church has been walking in grace and witnessing great leaps.

She called on Nigerians to be at the occasion for a powerful experience with the legendary Fathers of Faith and soul-stirring Gospel music ministers.

The anniversary, according to her, will be held at the 25,000 seater church’s international headquarters, Peace Cathedral, 69 Iju road, Agege, Lagos where activities such as impactful words, music concerts, special seminars on business, health talks, trade fair among others will feature.

Onaolapo reiterated the Church’s interest in the development of the youth hence two major seminars have been prepared for them. She added that there would be business and health checks, counseling about wellness and wellbeing. Awards of recognition.

Onaolapo disclosed that sporting activities with brethren coming from other branches of the church both within and outside the church will also feature, noting that the Church’s bishop of blessed memory was a table tennis champion informs the Church having
table tennis and soccer tournaments every year.

The general overseer also disclosed that there would be a trade fair which would run within the three days of the anniversary from Thursday to Saturday with multinational companies where numerous goods and services will be made available by vendors.

Notable ministers expected at the event include Bishop Mike Okonkwo, Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, Bishop Segun Johnson, Pastor Poju Oyemade, Apostle Johnson Selman and others.

Gospel artists to be at the occasion are Buchi, Monique, Yinka Alaseyori, Dare Justified, Praise Adeyanju, Daniel O’dawin and the Abundant Life Voices.
