Blames Feud On National Leadership
The national leadership of Alliance for Democracy (AD) has blamed the controversies over Chief Olusola Oke’s candidacy as the party’s flag bearer for the Ondo State governorship election on the feud between their national leaders.
National Vice Chairman, North East, Alhaji Magaji Kwairanga, who led other national officers to a press conference in Akure, yesterday, affirmed Oke as the authentic candidate of the party for the November 26 poll.
Present at the occasion were: National Vice Chairman, Northwest, Alhaji Sulaiman Aliyu, Deputy National Treasurer, Sagir Ahmed Ali, National Organising Secretary, Abdulahi Ibrahim, a national Ex Officio, Saadatu Bello, seven states chairmen and other national officers.
All the national leaders that were led by the National Organising Secretary, Ibrahim Abdulahi, to reject Oke’s candidacy and pass a vote of no confidence on the National Chairman, Chief Joseph Avazi and other party chieftains, rescinded their decisions.

Kite flying only.
The NEC of the Party has spoken and there is nothing anyone can do about that because it is the HIGHEST organ of any party so called.
Oke has no party because he is unknown in AD
We will review and take appropriate action.
