OPSH embarks on medical outreach in Plateau
Operation Safe Haven (OPSH) has embarked on medical outreach in Wase and Langtang North councils of Plateau State.
Supervising the exercise in both councils, the commander, Maj-Gen. Augustine Agundu explained that the aim was to support the vulnerable in the area that had suffered in the hands of Tarok ethnic militia over the years.
Agundu disclosed that the medical support programmes with subsequently be extended to southern Kaduna to alleviate the pains inflicted on innocent citizens.
He said all the efforts of the special task force mandated to ensure peace and security in Plateau were in line with the strategic guidance of the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Gen. Gabriel Olonisakin.
