Osun State House of Assembly under the leadership of Hon. Najeem Salaam has congratulated the state governor, Mr. Gboyega Oyetola over his victory at the Appellate court.

In a statement issued by the Chairman, House Committee on Information and Strategy, Hon. Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, the parliament described the judgment of the Court of Appeal as a resounding one and a triumph for democracy.

The State Assembly eulogised the Appeal court judges for being thorough on their verdict, saying the court has again proven itself to be the hope of the masses.

According to the parliament, the verdict was a victory for democracy and the people of the state, who spoke through the ballot and chose Oyetola as their preferred leader.
