The Young Ministers’ Retreat (YMR) is set to return with its 2024 edition themed “Floodgates,” promising an extraordinary spiritual encounter for one million young believers worldwide.

According to a statement, the retreat will be held December 26-30, 2024, at the Old Auditorium, Redemption City, Ogun State. The event, an interdenominational initiative, is spearheaded by the Coordinator of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Youth Evangelists and Lead Pastor of RCCG’s The Envoys in Lagos, Daniel Olawande.

The statement noted that YMR 2024 would offer a blend of fasting, prayer, worship, and transformative teachings aimed at preparing end-time soldiers for God’s Kingdom agenda.

“‘Floodgates’ is not just a theme but a prophetic declaration of unparalleled blessings, revival, and breakthroughs,” the organisers stated. Since its inception in 2017, YMR has reportedly transformed over a million lives, fostering deeper intimacy with the Holy Spirit. The organisers described the retreat as “an encounter where barriers are broken, destinies ignited, and believers equipped to take territories for Christ.”

The 2024 edition will feature powerful teachings by anointed speakers, including the General Overseer of the RCCG, Enoch Adeboye.who will deliver a generational blessing.

Spirit-filled worship sessions will also be led by renowned ministers, such as Nathaniel Bassey, DunsinOyekan, Tee Worship, BBO, Naomi David, and Precious Worship. Highlights of the retreat include 72 hours of prayer, fasting, and intense fellowship.

Meanwhile, YMR 2024 aims to provide young believers with a platform to reignite their passion for God, gain spiritual clarity, and step into the New Year with empowerment.

The organisers, therefore, urged participants to come expectant, saying: “Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a generation marked by revival. Come ready for the floodgates of heaven to open over your life.”
