PAU matriculates 328 students
The Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) has inducted 328 students into different undergraduate programmes of the university.
The seventh matriculation ceremony took place in a hybrid format in adherence to COVID-19 protocols with the matriculating students and principal officers physically present at the event held at the Main campus of the university.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Juan Elegido, in his address to the matriculating students, said that the set of students were the first to begin study online, a feat that was not easy for all students to manage.
He said that the university’s Senate had to put the challenges of online learning into consideration before deciding that students should resume physically on campus.
He further acknowledged the support of parents and welcomed students into a community of scholars.
