President greets national flag designer, Akinkunmi, at 85
President Muhammadu Buhari has joined family members and friends to celebrate designer of the national flag, Michael Taiwo Akinkunmi, whose creativity and patriotism, he said, remained remarkable.
In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina to celebrate the elder statement on his 85th birthday, the Nigerian leader noted that the celebrant, who is an honorary Life Presidential Adviser, “upholds the values that every citizen should emulate for nation building, which include humility, selflessness, integrity and a keen interest in seeking greater good for country and humanity.”
He beseeched God to grant the octogenarian and retired civil servant longer life, good health and strength to keep serving the nation he loves so much.
