Prof. Rukeh represents President Tinubu at Admiralty University’s 3rd Convocation Ceremony

While President Tinubu, as the official Visitor to the university, could not attend in person, Prof. Rukeh’s stirring address encapsulated the administration’s unwavering commitment to the advancement of higher education and the development of Nigeria’s future leaders.

The grand convocation ceremony saw hundreds of eager students celebrate the completion of their rigorous academic journeys.
