Register, pick up your PVCs, presidential aspirant urges Nigerians
Presidential hopeful under the platform of New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Olufemi Ajadi, has charged eligible citizens to register and pick up their permanent voter’s cards (PVCs) for election of competent leaders next year.
He reminded Nigerians that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) would not count prayer points or Twitter posts in 2023.
Stating that the electoral umpire would only tally ballots, Ajadi added that only those with PVCs that could exercise franchise.
The aspirant, who spoke in Lagos, assured his supporters of victory at the poll.
His words: “I am sure that my journey to NNPP with you my supporters will be a success, and I want to ask you not to be afraid or be carried away by the deceit of the moneybags.
“Stick to politicians like us, who practise with integrity and sincerity of purpose.
“Much more, I urge every one of you to go get PVC in case you have not got one.
“INEC wouldn’t count prayer points or Twitter rants in 2023, it will count votes, and only those who have their PVCs, can cast ballots.”
