Rep empowers Owan youths on shoe, bag production
Deputy Chairman, House of Representatives Ad-hoc Committee on Media, Prof. Julius Ihonvbere, has empowered no fewer than 70 Owan youths in Edo State on production of shoes and Ankara bags.
The one-day free skills acquisition and practical training programme was organised by the lawmaker in collaboration with Heritage & Sports Colony International at Ihonvbere House, Uzebba, Owan West Local Council of Edo State.
Besides, Ihonvbere, representing Owan Federal Constituency of Edo State, disclosed plan to partner with Chinese school on training of thousands of his constituents in various vocational skills with the view to give the beneficiaries requisite international exposure.
