Sabi Writers hosts annual guest lecture series 2024

Sabi Writers held the inaugural edition of The Frontline, an annual guest lecture series designed to educate, empower, and inspire her growing young talents. Known for cutting-edge ideas, The Frontline is the first of its kind initiative in the Africas writing space, with a goal to bring employees together under one roof to connect, learn, and rub minds with industry leaders and experts in the continent.

Deputy Head of Operations, Stanbic IBTC Bank, Mrs Amobi delivered a compelling lecture on leadership, culture, and growth strategy, equipping attendees with the insights and knowledge necessary to build a high-performance workplace.
According to her lecture, she argued that “no organisation thrives without sufficient effort in designing and implementing strong corporate culture.

The Frontline is a unique initiative by Sabi Writers, aimed at nurturing the leadership capacities of employees and preparing them to lead a high-growth company now and in the future.
The lecture also featured spoken-word performances and panel sessions where employees got to share their thoughts on topical workplace issues.

Speaking at the event, Head of Learning, Sabi Writers, Bethany-Angel Chijindu, said, This Guest Lecture Series provides a platform for employees to learn and build capacity for improved performance.

The engaging and informative session was met with enthusiasm, setting a high standard for future editions of The Frontline.
