Chief Executive and Registrar of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TCRN), Prof. Josiah Ajiboye, at the weekend, performed the induction of over 1,000 registered graduate teachers of the University of Benin (UNIBEN).
Ajiboye, who was represented by Adamu Bello, stressed the importance of teachers in the development of any society.
Inducting the new entrants into the teaching profession, Vice Chancellor of UNIBEN, Prof. Faraday Orumwense, congratulated the inductees for achieving the feat.
The VC, who was represented by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics), Prof. Michael Aziken, said the university was doing so much to remain on top.
