Nigeria’s Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation,Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev, has reaffirmed his commitment in supporting the reform agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He made the declaration in a congratulatory message to President Tinubu on the occasion of his birthday, praising his leadership and commitment to national development.
