The Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Youth Initiatives (Delivery and Monitoring), Titilope Gbhadamosi, has promised to make meaningful contributions to the development of the youth in Nigeria.

Gbhadamosi made this promise on Friday in a statement where she showed her appreciation to President Tinubu, who approved her appointment on Thursday.

“I deeply appreciate His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT for this opportunity to serve my beloved country through the position of the Special Assistant to the President on Youth Initiatives (Delivery and Monitoring),” she said on X (formerly Twitter).

She added that she does not take this opportunity for granted and pledged to put in the work to ensure that set initiatives and projects are efficiently and promptly delivered.

The new appointee further said that she considers this appointment as both a call to serve and an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the development of the nation’s youth, as well as to ensure the successful realization of Asiwaju’s visionary blueprints.

“My role as the SA to The President bestows upon me the responsibility of monitoring Mr President’s Youth Initiatives from ideas to reality, designing effective operational strategies to ensure deliverables in line with the promises of President Bola Tinubu’s administration to the Nigerian youth,” she stated.

Gbhadamosi said she would synergyze with various ministries on youth-friendly initiatives and design performance indicators to monitor the quality of projects within and related to the youth ministry; essentially driving efficiency.

She stated that she brings a nuanced understanding of global trends and initiatives in youth governance and their rightful place in global governance.

According to her, this perspective will be instrumental in steering her department’s youth programs in alignment with international best practices.

“| pledge to give my best in this role, to support The Ministers of Youth and the entire youth team to drive the youth agenda of Mr President to reality,” she said.

Gbhadamosi added that she will dedicate herself with unwavering commitment and tireless effort, drawing on collaborations from all key stakeholders to fulfil all of the responsibilities that lie ahead.
