Tiwa Savage To Perform At King Charles Coronation

Nigerian musician Tiwa Savage be performing at the coronation ceremony of King Charles III, the new British monarch.

The event will take place on May 6, 2023, at Westminster Abbey, where King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla will be officially crowned.

On May 7, 2023, a coronation concert and Big Lunch will also be held. Tiwa Savage will be among the elite celebrities, including Steve Winwood, DJ Pete Tong, Lang Lang and Lucy, Paloma Faith, and Olly Murs, who will be entertaining guests at the concert.

The coronation of a British monarch is a significant event in the country’s history and is steeped in tradition and ceremony.

The last coronation was that of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953, and it is expected that King Charles III’s coronation will follow similar fashion.
