TotalEnergies announces scholarship for Nigerian students

TotalEnergies has announced a fully funded international master’s degree scholarship for Nigerian students, offering them the opportunity to study in France during the 2025/2026 academic session.

The energy giant disclosed this on its ‘X’ page, outlining the application process for the scholarship.

“The NNPC Ltd/TotalEnergies International Masters Degree Scholarship 2025-2026 is now open for applications. This prestigious scholarship offers Nigerian students the opportunity to pursue advanced degrees in France. Don’t miss this chance to elevate your education and career!” the post read.

The scholarship is aimed at individuals pursuing master’s degrees in management science, engineering, and geosciences, with a focus on the oil and gas sector.

Applicants must have at least a second-class upper division from a recognised university, completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme, and obtained their degrees within the last five years.

Selection will be based on academic qualifications and alignment with the programme’s focus areas.

The scholarship provides full funding, covering tuition fees, living expenses, and other associated costs, as well as access to prestigious universities in France.
