
Vice President Kashim Shettima arrived in Lagos today to attend various functions in the state.
He was welcomed upon arrival by Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat.

The Vice President’s arrival was announced by the Spokesman and Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Communications, Stanley Nkwocha via X.
“Vice President Kashim Shettima @officialSKSM has arrived in Lagos today to attend some functions in the state. The Vice President was received upon arrival by the Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat @drobafemihamzat,” he wrote.
It is noteworthy that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu left Abuja on Wednesday for the United Kingdom to begin a two-week vacation as part of his annual leave.
A statement by Special Adviser to the President (Information & Strategy), Bayo Onanuga, said the President would use the two weeks as a working vacation and a retreat to reflect on his administration’s economic reforms.
