The Oodua Youth Parliament (OYP) has urged the leadership of the Ninth National Assembly to sponsor and pass bills that are devoid of sentiment, bigotry and regionalism.

A statement by its Speaker, Abdulmajeed Oyeniyi, enjoined the leadership of the National Assembly “to put in their best, sponsor and pass bills that will directly impact positively on Nigerians.”

Oyeniyi also urged Nigerians to “have a sober reflection of the Democracy Day even as we celebrate the victory in a grand style.
