Akeredolu tasks cabinet on governance

Ondo State Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has told his cabinet members that the electorate expect a lot from them.Reiterating his commitment to the people’s welfare, he charged his cabinet to brace up to the challenges ahead.

Akeredolu said this yesterday at the first State Executive Council (SEC) meeting since the inauguration of a new Head of Service (HoS), Oluwadare Aragbaiye, and appointment of five commissioners and two special advisers.

The governor stressed: “The people expect more from us. Despite the dwindling finances everywhere in the country, we have no excuse to fail the people who have reposed confidence in the government.”
