The National Secretary of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Mr. Labaran Maku has debunked a media report alleging that the party is negotiating coalition with some governorship aspirants ahead of the 2019 general elections.

Maku, who expressed shocks over report on a local newspaper alleging that a governorship candidate is negotiating with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to form a coalition in Nasarawa State, said it was untrue.

He disclosed that his party is not in coalition with any political party at the national or state level. The party scribe noted that the aspersion cast on him was to tarnish his loyalty to APGA, with the objective to set him against the party’s national body and party leadership at all levels, and a plot to take the shine off him.
