A female presidential aspirant under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Adeline Iwuagwu-Emihe, has unfolded her agenda if she becomes the president of Nigeria.

In a statement made available to The Guardian in Owerri yesterday, the female aspirant said her agenda were transformation and development-oriented.

Iwuagwu-Emihe, an American-trained political administrator who hails from Amatta, Ikeduru Local Council of Imo State, stated in the two-page document that her call was divine-driven, stressing that she would take leadership to equitable distribution and management of natural resources of the nation, among others.

The statement said: “I believe that with the right leadership, equitable distribution and management of the nation’s given natural and human resources, it is possible to adequately provide for all citizens both big and small.

“Although the nation’s constitution is limited in its pagination, it is huge in its provision for equity and justice for all the people. We must use it as the common ground to love and care for one another.”

She stressed the need for sound food security, security of life and property and provision and establishment of industries to create wealth and employment.

Natural justice and equity, she said, would be given a place of honour if given the opportunity.
