Property development firm Elite Pillar has officially launched Heritage Garden City Commercial, a new commercial hub located along the Agbowa–Sagamu Expressway in Ikorodu, Lagos. The development is positioned one minute from the company’s flagship residential project, Heritage Garden City.
The firm said the project aims to meet the rising demand for structured commercial spaces in emerging Lagos suburbs. Samuel Omoniyi, Brand and Marketing Manager at Elite Pillar, described the development as “more than just a land offering.” He added: “We’re creating a commercial ecosystem backed by infrastructure, planning, and transparency—ideal for business owners and investors alike.”
Heritage Garden City Commercial is situated directly across from the Agbowa–Sagamu Expressway, providing high visibility and easy access. The site is planned to host enterprises including retail outlets, schools, healthcare centres, filling stations, logistics facilities, and other commercial operations.
The development is strategically located near major landmarks such as the Lagos State NYSC Orientation Camp, CHOIS Government Housing Estate, Agbowa General Hospital, Caleb and Presbyterian Universities, and the Agbowa Roundabout.
Plot sizes available include 500sqm, 1500sqm, and 3000sqm, with pricing starting at ₦6,999,999 for 500sqm. Elite Pillar has introduced a flexible six-month payment plan with no interest, requiring an initial deposit of ₦999,999.
All plots come with a registered survey, deed of assignment, layout plan, CEO acknowledgement letter, sales contract, and payment receipts. The project is being developed with perimeter fencing, road networks, drainage, and clear plot demarcation already underway.
Omoniyi highlighted the company’s track record, noting that the residential project has recorded over 35 client allocations and the development of more than 30 acres to date. He also confirmed that Elite Pillar is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), SCUML-certified, and provides a 24/7 investor support system for both local and diaspora buyers.
Site inspections for Heritage Garden City Commercial are ongoing, and the company reported strong interest from potential investors ahead of the official launch.
