He stressed that work is expected to commence fully on the site by next month, following the approval of Lagos State Ministry of Environment.

The trading hub, he said, will have facilities which include streets lights, accessible roads, a stand-by generator, paved parking space, fire station, conference and meeting hall of about 500 sitting capacity, a restaurant and bar, a mesh wire for security, toilets modules, amongst others.

Bawala-Shehu stated that buyers would be allowed to make first payment installment of 50percent and the balance would be paid when the project is completed. He stated further that people trading at the Aguiyi-Ironsi International Trade Centre (also owned by Sublime Solutions) are allowed to pay 40percent of fee at first installment; then 30 percent at second installment, and the finally 50 percent balance payment after the completion of the project.

The company, he said, welcomes business partners, who would be allocated land to build shops in the site with the privilege to complete payment within duration of 12 years.

Sublime Solutions is also in-charge of Aguiyi-Ironsi International Trade Centre at Papa-Ajao, Mushin.
