Firm unveils Fraiser Suites as FCDA begins road project

A private developer, Messrs  Royal Pacific Group has commenced the construction of its iconic brand that features 126 Gold-Standard residences that combine comfort, style and technology with outstanding facilities and exclusive in-house services.

The facility known as, Fraser Suites, according to the Marketing Communications Consultant of the company, Haroun Harry Audu, would avail multiple job and employment openings.

He said in a statement that the Suites Abuja will herald a major boost to the local economy, and a bright-spark catalyst for international travel and tourism.

Meanwhile, the company has lauded the starting of rehabilitation work on Leventis Close in the Central Business District (CBD) by the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA).

Audi noted the development would promote businesses within the area and ease free flow of traffic. He thanked the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Muhammad Musa Bello for fulfilling the promise to quickly activate the opening up of additional, critical internal road arteries within the city.

He said Leventis Close artery extension work in the CBD will upon completion, make it convenient and beneficial for business owners and operators, as well as  tourists, visitors and residents to navigate the neighbourhood with ease.

The choice of construction firm – Julius Berger Plc to handle the Leventis Close project, he said was  signal to the Minister’s huge, progressive and unwavering commitment to deliver only the best quality for this project.

“This road is consistent with the desire by the Federal Government to once again restore the implementation of the Abuja master-plan, in order to grow the status and profile of Abuja as an eminently befitting, business-friendly global capital, for Nigeria”, he said.
