Efforts at reducing housing deficit in Abuja has received a boost with the inauguration of a new residential apartments known as The Bridge Peridot.

The scheme promoted by Hall 7 Real Estate Limited comes as a result of the real estate company’s burning desire to check the worrisome menace of housing deficit in Africa’s most populous country.

Located in the serene of Mbora district of the federal capital city of Abuja, the Bridge Peridot is a set of apartments designed with customers’ needs and wants in mind using global standards.

Speaking during commissioning of The Bridge Peridot in Abuja, the Chief Exective Officer Hall 7 Real Estate limited, Olayinka Braimoh explained that the company is driven by the desire to deliver quality housing to and for Nigerians.

According to him, the company is a big player in Nigeria’s growing housing sector, which has embarked on projects that aim to offer comfort, luxury, security and qualitative housing to the teeming Nigerian population.

He said: “For us as a brand, it’s about the value we deliver to our customers and stakeholders, and we are also very committed to bridging the housing deficit in Nigeria”.

He stressed that the company wants to do things differently, hence the decision to develop The Bridge Peridot.

The apartment, Briamoh said took more than two years to complete because “we wanted it to be of world standard, and we are pleased that we achieved that.

We are excited about commissioning this, and we look to doing more for the Nigerian real estate sector in the near future”, he added.

Also speaking at the open house attended by key stakeholders in the housing sector, celebrities like Ayo Makun, Timi Dakolo, said the apartment represent a new thinking in the afordable house offerings in the Federal capital city.

They described it as world class estate with excellent facility and beautiful piece of architecture, which is an investment of choice for anyone.
