Developers of exotic lifestyle homes, Haven Homes Limited have teamed up with renowned award winning interior designers operating out of Nigeria and the United Kingdom, LeDyvine on its 2016 architectural designs.

The 2016 Models conceptualized by LeDyvine, owned and managed by the internationally renowned interior architect, Mrs.Toyin Yeriforunder are being test run at the Richmond gate estate. About 80 units have been completed in the estate.

According to the Managing Director, Havens Homes, Tayo Sonuga, the 2016 model presents a unique variance from the sensational 2016 models and comes with further improvements that may be extremely difficult to copy.

He said the 2016 models come with special elements. “The 2016 home designs externally are curvier and wavier, which are adaptations of the homes to the movement of the sea. The choice of colors for the homes is now more subtle and tranquil. This is to adapt to the natural environment around the estate, which is dominantly beach-white. Internally, we have chosen the spectacular elliptical staircase design that depicts elegance and also displays grandeur.

“We have also celebrated walls with niches which can be highlighted with various colours to display flowers or works of art. Our lightings have also improved significantly and we have introduced a new lighting concept known as star-lights”, he added.

Sonuga explained that Haven Homes kept improving on its home designs; year-in year-out, despite the widespread copying from other real estate developers.

On how Haven Homes has been able to continually improve on its standard despite the economic hardship of the country that has seen many other real estate developers cutting corners on quality, Sonuga says the Haven Homes idea of home delivery goes beyond profit making.

He added, “the 2017 models would soon be released to the public for subscription and as usual, the public can expect them to be better than what we have been doing and have done in 2016.”
