The queen of stage play in Nigeria, Bolanle Austen-Peters, is currently directing her first feature film, with a working title, The Bling Lagosians, which would feature some of the biggest names in Nollywood.

In the world of stage plays and productions, Bolanle is king, especially when it comes to producing stage performances and is known for some of the biggest titles, such as Fela and the Kalakuta Queens, Saro The Musical and Wakaa The Musical, just to name a few.

Tickets for these performances at multiple times in Nigeria, London and other parts of the world were sold-out.

Bolanle is known for her sense of excellence and rich pedigree, from running of Terra Kulture, a popular meeting hub that houses a restaurant, bookstore, art gallery, meeting place and cinema to making profit out of otherwise no-so-profitable stage play productions, as well as being at the forefront of curating artworks and making practitioners rich.

The Bling Lagosians parades prolific actors and certified stars such as Monalisa Chinda, Toyin Abraham, Sharon Ooja, Bimbo Manuel, BamBam, Gbenga Titiloye, Gloria Ibru, Faithia Williams, Chioma Akpotha and more.
