Buckingham palace visit excites Tiwa Savage

As part of the global celebration of International Women’s Day 2023, popular Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Tiwa Savage visited the British Buckingham palace.

As part of the global celebration of International Women’s Day 2023, popular Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Tiwa Savage visited the British Buckingham palace. Tiwa, who was excited about the visit, took to her Instagram page to share a photo of her and the Queen Consort, HRH Camila, at the royal palace.

The mother of one was among the VIP guests at the International Women’s Day reception held at Buckingham Palace, England. Sharing the post, she added a caption where she quoted a Bible verse. She wrote:

“Proverbs 18:16-17. A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men. International Women’s Day Reception at Buckingham Palace with HRH The Queen Consort.”

Speaking out over her visit, Tiwa Savage shared a message about patience, stating that patience is power. Obviously, Tiwa is indirectly telling the public that her patience is finally paying off as she is slowly taking over the global world.

“Patience is Power Thank you @thedorchester for having me. One of my fav places,” the singer wrote. Known professionally as Tiwa Savage, Tiwatope is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and actress. Born in Isale Eko, she relocated to London at the age of 11 for her secondary education. Five years later, she began her music career doing backup vocals for artistes such as George Michael and Mary J. Blige.

After participating in the UK edition of The X Factor and graduating from Berklee College of Music, Tiwa signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing in 2009. Inspired by the growth of the Nigerian music industry, Savage moved back to Nigeria and signed with Mavin Records in 2012. She made an appearance on the label’s 2012 compilation album, Solar Plexus.
