Cold-Stone-Ice-Cream-Coupons1IN line with its mission statement, “We will make people happy”, Cold Stone Creamery Nigeria celebrated the grand opening of her Ikeja City Mall store with a three-day event packed with loads of giveaways and fun activities for customers and friends of the brand.

The first day of the event was a crowd puller as old and new customers of the brand came out in their numbers to take advantage of the 50 per cent discount offer on the “Love It” size signature ice cream. This gave customers an opportunity to try out a variety of ice creams and mix-in combinations called signature creations. On the second day, the store gave free ice cream to the first 50 customers.

According to the management, the initiative was adopted in place of their regular ribbon cutting event in order to be able to give back to their customers and welcome new ones in grand style.

According to the Operations Manager, CSC Nigeria, Uzoelum Chukwunalu, these signature creations are 20 in number and are tried and true with recipes from Cold Stone’s international taste master himself, Raymond Karam to give customers the “Ultimate Ice Cream Experience”.

“We decided to go the experiential way this time because in the end, we are all about our customers and the kind of experience they have in our stores,” he said.

During a press briefing session, Marketing Cordinator, CSC Nigeria, Timileye Lajubutu said the decision of the company to move to the new location was to serve its teeming consumers within Ikeja, Oregun and its environs.
