2021 MBGN: Miss Nigeria for world beauty pageant in Puerto Rico
Bolarinde is Lush Hair Ambassador
Oluchi Madubuike, representing Abuja, who emerged overall winner at the just concluded Most Beautiful Girl In Nigeria (MBGN) contest, will be representing the country at the 2021 Miss World pageant billed to take place in Puerto Rico on December 16, 2021.
Another major highlight of the beauty show was the crowning of Oluwadamilola Bolarinde, representing Lagos State, as Miss Lush Hair, with a cash price of N500,000. She also became an ambassador of the hair extension brand, a major sponsor of the MBGN. The 37 contestants were all looking beautiful and radiant, adorning different products from the hair brand.
According to the Brand Manager, Ritambhara Kakkar, the goal of the partnership with MBGN is primarily to inspire and empower the contemporary black African women and encourage them to always aim for the stars. “To us, beauty is limitless, and we pride ourselves in providing the best plug that supports every woman to let her shine out. Damilola is a beautiful African woman, and we are confident that she will enjoy the journey with the team as much as her successor, Cynthia Afury did, who represented Adamawa State in the last edition. It is in our belief that this relationship with the beauty queens will help in no small measure in building self-belief and confidence in the average Nigerian girl.”
Damilola will be joining other brand Ambassadors, Denrele Edun, Amanda Dara and Yemi Alade in the fablush family.
