A member of the AJE Group, the Big Bottling Company Limited, has launched Cifrut Fans Club (CFC) as parts of activities to develop and aid the aspiration of learners.
The fan club was unveiled at the Children’s Day celebration organised by Cifrut in partnership with National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS) Surulere, Lagos.
Head Marketing and Institutional Sectors, the big Bottling Company, Perpetual Ngozi Ohiri, said the CFC hopes to revolutionise the concept of fans club. “From bespoke event, educational advancement, sponsorship and scholarships, CFC seeks to elevate its members drawing them closer to science, arts, technological advancement and commercial brilliance. So today, we celebrate children’s day, we inaugurate the Cifrut Fan Club. We look forward to enrolling learners across schools and to continuously keep them refreshed and healthy with a nutritious bottle of cifrut.”
The company’s Commercial Director, Dennis Cunliffe, said the programme was put together because Cifrut is a brand for children and a brand for celebration and play. “We felt we should mark the Children’s Day celebration with pupils drawn from different schools. We discussed with several schools and we invited them so that the children can enjoy their special occasion with us.
“We are happy that we could put smile on the faces of the children as they celebrate their day. They are excited participating in all the activities and even making new friends as they interact among themselves. We are looking forward to the next edition and hope to make it bigger.”
The Organising Committee Chairperson, Esther Ederagobor, said Children’s Day is not just about balloons and music, because children are full of potentials and it is important to give them the right tools, environment and right encouragement to become their best selves.
“It is a special one because NAPPS collaborated with cifrut to organise it. The organisation is topnotch, a function of long preparation. We are looking forward to continue this collaboration to celebrate our children together and hope that more companies will join in the future.”
