EMINENT Nigerians are now getting set for the 70th birthday party of Senator Florence Ita Giwa. The newly appointed Chairman of Cross River State Port Authority, who is known not to do her things in half measures, has concluded all arrangements to have a two-day successful party affair.
Ita Giwa was born on February 19, 1946 and was elected Senator for the Cross River South constituency at the start of the Nigerian Fourth Republic, running on the APP platform. She held the office from May 1999 to May 2003.The famous Senator hosted big shots and celebrities during her 68th birthday so her 70th birthday will not be an exceptional, said a close source.
