Ikedieze, Ehiliz, Dauda, others honoured at Nollyfans Achievement Awards


Top Nigerians in various industries were recently honoured at the 2021 Nollyfans Achievement Awards (NAA) for their giant strides in their chosen fields of professionalism.

Held at the Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, this year’s event saw Nollywood actor, Chinedu Ikedieze, popularly known as Aki, honoured with ‘International Nollywood Legend Award’ while gospel musician, Elizabeth Ngozi Ehigiamusoe, popularly known as Ehiliz was honoured with the ‘Best Gospel Artiste Award’.


Chief Yinusa Adekunle Dauda, the Seriki of Iro Igbehin, Egba Land, a technocrat in the Real Estate sector, was honoured with ‘Unparalleled Personality Award’ for his strides in the real estate industry and great impacts on many Nigerian youths through his foundation.

Other awardees were: Commissioner for Education, Lagos State, Mrs. Folasade Adefisayo and the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Mrs. Abosede Omobolanle.


Speaking about the awards, the organiser, Steve Akpos, said: “The Nollyfans Achievement Awards is aimed at celebrating the heroes of our time. It’s the flagship of excellence and greatness.

“The Nollyfans Achievement Awards is poised at recognising some eminent personalities for their unsurpassed achievements in their chosen endeavour. These palpable achievements made in their chosen fields are a result of their: diligence, patience, solemnity, integrity, consistency, impacts, passion, legacy and lifestyle, among others, coupled with your indefatigable roles in Nigeria and the Diaspora,”
