Island Club hosts friends, top socialites to special party

It was fun and razzmatazz recently when the management and members of Island Club, led by its president, Mr. Dipo Okpeseyi (SAN), hosted dignitaries of the social terminus to a special dance at the club’s main auditorium in Onikan, Lagos.

It was a classy party that had members who have distinguished themselves presented with laurels and awards in appreciation for their support to one of the oldest and prestigious social clubs in Nigeria over the years.

Among the awardees were Obasa and Eleganza Group Chairman, Chief Rasak Okoya.

The Emir of Kebbi, Dr. Ado Ibrahim, who was the royal father of the day, was also presented with an award.

The induction of Ambode as one of its patrons is an indication that the newly elected chairman, Okpeseyi, is not resting on his oars to move the club forward.
