Journalist and filmmaker Sam Olatunji launches one-stop shop for entertainment

Journalist, later day Filmmaker and Media Entrepreneur Samuel Olatunji popularly known as Bigsam has announced the birth of a new media and entertainment agency called “ The Hype Agency” (THA). The agency, according to popular entertainment personality is to warehouse all solutions to varying entertainment needs under one agency.

Olatunji who has put in over 20 years in the entertainment industry, starting off as an entertainment journalist, before moving into publicity, management, branding, and much later as a movie director and producer stated that the said the 360-degree entertainment cum lifestyle service agency is positioned to be world-class in-service delivery and approach with independent board members who are prominent and notable people in the society.

Olatunji also said that the agency was poised to provide only entertainment and lifestyle needs and will not take briefs outside these two industries.

‘’Often time, companies need to engage a separate company to get a celebrity to influence, companies to do PR, endorsement deals, publicity, movie distributions, content, marketing, branding, account verification, event coverage, BTS, Talent management, post-production, design, sourcing, rentals and a lot in event and lifestyle space. But with THA there would be no need for such as the company will take care of all entertainment-related and lifestyle needs’’ Olatunji said adding that the agency which will be run by ‘a group of young and experienced personalities including Wale Muraina and Funmi Oduse, will be positioned as the first point of contact for entertainment and lifestyle needs.
