Local Telenovelas brethren, Unbroken hit DStv

Africa Magic, Africa’s leading content provider of film and drama series, has announced the launch of two new local telenovelas, Brethren and Unbroken, both billed to hit viewers’ screens from October 7, 2019.

The two telenovelas will be available to DStv customers in HD on the home of the best and latest local films and series, Africa Magic Showcase (DStv channel 151).

Unbroken tells of a love story between Tivdo and Jesse who are crazy in love. Tivdo plans to marry Jesse until tragedy strikes which leave him crippled after being involved in a car accident where his beloved fiancée, Jesse was at the wheel. Unbroken will reveal secrets with loads of suspense to keep you glued to your screens.

Brethren is a story of two adopted Kurokeme brothers, Bara, and Dag who grew up together at the Benevolent Home for Boys. Bara turned to law enforcement, with a strong desire to reshape the world through justice while Dag turned to the path of crime. Brethren is a fast-paced action thriller/crime drama exploring the bonds of brotherhood, family, love, allegiances, and bloodline and all will be severely tested.

Unbroken premieres October 7, 2019, on Africa Magic Showcase (DStv channel 151) every Monday – Saturday at 8:00 pm – 8:30 pm WAT, stars Nonso Odogwu, Maimuna Yahaya, Efa Iwara, Damilare Kuku, Najite Dede, and William Benson. While Brethren also premieres October 7, 2019, on Africa Magic Showcase (DStv channel 151) to air every Monday – Saturday at 8:30pm WAT and 9:00 pm WAT.
