Known for his Afro-Caribbean-influenced trademark sound, Joé Dwèt Filé is an R&B singer and producer of Haitian descent that first rose to prominence as a writer for Stoney (Que toi), Axel Tony (Un mot), and Vegedream (Mama hé). Like many artists, his first contact with music was through his local church. After gaining popularity on video-sharing platforms with his group Lespada, he made his solo debut in 2018 with the mixtape #ESOLF (Et Si On Le Faisait), which climbed to Number 47 on the French charts.
