All roads lead to Harbour Point, Lagos, tomorrow as the annual Homecoming Festival returns for its fifth edition. The three-day hybrid celebration of fashion, music, visual art and beauty climaxes with a live show that would feature headliners across the European and African music scenes.

Among key performances slated for the live show include the British Afro-swing collective NSG, enigmatic female emcees Brazyy and Sgwad, and other top-tier rappers such as Psycho YP and Odumodublvck, while other Pop/RnB mavericks such as Oxlade, Khaid, Odunsi, Lojay, Young Jonn are set to join in the euphoria of performances that night.

In its usual fashion, the Homecoming Festival would also feature exciting pop-up stores, music business workshops and the live show. Founded by Nigerian-British entrepreneur, Grace Ladoja, in 2017, the festival thrives as a cultural exchange between Africans and the diaspora. Last year, it brought Arrdee, Black Sherif and Central Cee as part of its headline acts to the shores of Lagos.

Among other exciting highlights for this year’s edition is its partnership with major fashion outlets including Drake’s Nike sub-label Nocta and Stüssy, Patta and Daily Paper, Tremaine Emory’s Denim Tears and Dior collaboration, as well as New York-based menswear label, Awake.

While access to the YouTube-powered workshops holding today at The Hall, Musa Yar’Adua, Victoria Island, is completely free to registered attendees, the live show is retailed via the registration portal on www.ourhomecoming.com.
