All These Nollywood Films Will Not Kill
Somebody

TEETH 4 TEETH was viewing a Nollywood movie on satelite TV during the week, but for the quick intervention of Mrs ‘TEETH 4 TEETH’, who was by the grace of ALMIGHTY GOD, home that early in the morning, you may be reading now that he is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), of one of the many Lagos State government hospitals. We thank the lord!

Now, to the real story. A character in the movie, ‘Poor Billionaire’, a very popular actor, was admonishing his son to go and swear before the village oracle to prove his innocence in a raging controversy. This was what he said: “You must go and swear before our shrine to prove your “innocency”!

Did I get that clearly? ‘Innocency’?
I asked Mrs TEETH 4 TEETH if she heard what I heard, she said “yes.” The next thing was a cold glass of water in my face, because it was revealed to her in the spirit that I was about to go into a fit. Glory to God!

And to think the Director, one Rhema J Emmanuel, did not hear that bomb and deemed it wise to take a re shoot of that scene? Anyway, what do I know? Nor be who sabi pass person dey correct am?

That Yul Edochie, and Destiny Etiko, the two main stars in the movie, who were on location did not fall down and cry after hearing that ‘Weapon of Mass Destruction,’ released by that actor, shows how overrated some of these our STARS are. In all, to God be the glory, as dem take dey end all Nigeria movies…

Another Nollywood Star Drops Bomb

YORUBA Nollywood star, Iyabo Ojo, one of the biggest stars in the language movie genre, ‘fall’ my hand.
I don’t know what pushed me to go and view her Facebook page o. Ms Ojo made the post on May 8, 2020 and after reading the first line, I gave up. This was what she wrote: “I Breaks Down in Tears…” What was she thinking? “I ‘breaks’ down…???

I decided not to read further, and I will advise you not to, to avoid stomach upset.
Again, I say, to God be the glory!

Tunde Kelani Vs Segun Odegbami: I Dey Watch

TEETH 4 TEETH was recently reading a piece written by one of the greatest footballers that ever came out of this land called Nigeria, Segun Odegbami. Well, if you belong to the Twitter generation, the name Segun Odegbami who was nicknamed ‘Mathematical’ during his playing days for the then Green Eagles of Nigeria (now Super Eagles), won’t ring a bell, but then, that is not the story here.

In retirement, Mathematical Odegbami had tried his hands in some movies in Nollywood, obviously, he did not make a hit in acting like he did in football, but bros is not ready to let go as revealed recently in his piece where he challenged renowned film producer and Director, Tunde Kelani.

“All those that know Uncle TK well should go and ‘warn’ him now. Yes, I mean Tunde Kelani, the filmmaker, the foremost African cinematographer and Yoruba socio-cultural icon and ambassador. He is looking for my trouble,” Odegbami wrote.
He revealed how Kelani, popularly called TK in industry circles, wants to draw him out by featuring him in his upcoming movie.

My advise for bros Odegbami, who happens to be my friend on Facebook, is: abeg, remain for your football business o. Nor try ya hand for acting again o. I took time out to see the movie Campus Queen, which you featured in, hmmm, no further comment. And guess what, TK is paying Mathematical a whopping sum of ‘fifty-K’ for his role in the new movie. That money can buy a house in Ikoyi na. Hehehehehehehe
