Lagos State – The Centre of Excellence doubling as the economic state of the nation is a coastline city surrounded by water, and based on this, some of the catchments tourist attractions are beaches catering to diverse preferences.
However, Tarkwa Bay Beach characterised by soft gold sands and crystalline waters from the Atlantic Ocean is on the top list of best tourist attraction places in Lagos. The idyllic island beach accessible only by boat has a captivating landscape endowed with a pristine aesthetic. Tourists and those going for relaxation and picnic get to enjoy the pleasure of water sports, sunbathing, and others.
Ondo State – The Sunshine State is naturally adorned with Idanre Hills also called ‘Oke Idanre’ a fascinating view known for its majestic landscape with a wide variety of cultural sites to behold in awe. It resides 3000ft above sea level and houses an integrated cultural landscape ecosystem. Ondo State’s Oke Idanre is that destination you may want to top your to-go list.

Taraba State – With its slogan Nature’s Gift to the Nation, the state located in the North East Nigeria is popular for its beautiful landscapes and high mountain ranges such as the Gotel Mountains and Manbilia Plateau ranges which serves as sources of numerous rivers and streams. These tourism destination beaches located in Afikpo zone of the state beyond beaches serve as recreational parks and perfect places for picnics, relaxation and others.

Kwara State – The State of Harmony is popular for its Owu Waterfalls, the highest and most spectacular natural waterfall in West Africa with its unrivalled cool natural ambience. This captivating nature wonder in Kwara state located in Owa Kajola in Ifelodun Local Government area is characterised with fall of ice-cold water, beautiful rocky parts and walkways cascades from an approximate height of 120 metres to a pool of foaming water below. Kaduna State – The Centre of Learning comes with Matsirga Waterfalls, a one of a kind tourists’ attraction located at Batadon, a small settlement in Madakiya Ward, Zangon Kataf Local Government Area. The waterfall has its source from the springs on Kagoro hills which cascades from different hollows of about 25 metres of rock cliff to form a large pool at its bottom.

Benue State – Otherwise Known as Food Basket of the Nation, Aside the popular Benue River with a length of approximately 1,400 kilometres long, Benue state also top the list of tourism destinations in the country with its Enemabia Warm Spring, located in Orakam.Enemabia water Spring is a water world naturally beautified with lush scenery location for lovers of swimming, nature and adventure.
