Popular Afro-pop singer, Duncan Okechukwu, professionally known as Duncan Mighty, has returned with another electrifying jam dubbed Nibolowa. The soothing record is a duet with the Grammy-winning singer, Burna Boy.

Duncan Mighty returns to his love narrative in this slow-burn RnB-inspired jam, bringing forth relatable concepts to illustrate his story.

“You be the one wey can knock mi door only
Kpo-kpo-kpo, kpo mi kpo/ Nibolowa, babe?/ Nibolowa? where you dey?”

Duncan Mighty’s blend of Pidgin, Yoruba, boosts his lyricism, helping even to bring the message closer to heart.
Burna Boy also delivers a solid assist on this record, channeling his emotive vocals over the soothing piano chords. This is the same thing he did on his duet with Jorja Smith dubbed, Gum Body.

In a shocking twist, Duncan Mighty was recently involved in a ghastly car crash on his way to Akwa Ibom. The singer, who is currently hospitalised, wrote on his Instagram post that he was grateful to God for sparing his life. He also thanked the Good Samaritan youths around the Ogoni/Akwa Ibom communities for rescuing him.
