Frontline record label and entertainment management outfit, Jamika Entertainment, has signed Timilehin Jonah, formerly Timmy Jay now Ari Jay, a talented artiste who emerged victorious in its highly competitive Jamika Entertainment 2025 music audition.

Buoyed by a passion for music and a unique sound, Ari Jay joins the array of artistes under the record label known as the Jamika Force. The young rising star is poised to make waves in the industry under Jamika Entertainment’s guidance.

Ari Jay dabbled in the underground music scene since she was 17 and honed the skills that helped her win the music audition organised by the music power house, Jamika Entertainment, a label that is home to top Lagos acts and award winners like Yung Bos, Koredianx and the band Church of Men.

Expressing her joy over the win and signing with the Jamika Entertainment, Ari Jay said, “I am over the moon and breathless, I am thankful to God for giving me the talent and confidence. I am also grateful to Jamika Entertainment for choosing and signing me among the many gifted people that competed. I am so overjoyed and feel blessed.”

Speaking on the challenge faced from picking a solo winner among the talented bunch that contested for the audition, Jamika Entertainment Head of Operations, Stanley Ihensekhien, said, “It was a tough one; Nigerians are very talented and unique with their music. Ari Jay just won it for us with her charisma and the chemistry we felt with her, she also will be our first female artist, so we are happy about our choice.”
