An indigene of Abia State, MMZY burst into the limelight in 2012 following the release of the single, ‘Amoureux,’ which went viral in Cotonou, Benin Republic, where he grew up. The University of Lagos graduate has since added two singles, ‘Something to show’ and ‘Tonight,’ which were equally well-received, to his list of songs.

BeatbyBean produced the single. MMZY has since accompanied the song with a well-choreographed music video by the highly rated TG Omori.

Known for his signature bilingual fusions of both English and French languages, fans are anticipating the release of MMZY’s EP, considering the impressive reviews of his latest single.
