When Oluwatosin Ajibade, professionally known as Mr. Eazi started off the year with an unusual spin dubbed, Legalize, it was obvious he was returning with his torrents of creativity once again. With his follow-up single dubbed, Personal Baby, the singer is not removing his loverboy hat anytime soon, as he serenades his lover in the mid-tempo Afro-pop bop.

With Personal Baby, Mr Eazi continues his art experiment, where he creates visual artwork for every record he releases on his forthcoming album titled Legalize. In Personal Baby, he collaborates with award-winning Beninese artist Dominique Zinkpè, who handpaints the befitting piece titled L’amour en tête (Love in Mind).

The Kel-p produced jam is a fierce reminder of Mr Eazi’s intentionality. Co-written with Teni, Personal Baby sees Mr Eazi stay true to his Banku-baked rhythms and Ghanaian highlife-Afro pop fusion.
Talking about the song, Mr Eazi says, “The music video for the song goes from lovey-dovey to darkness. It’s those extremes I’m trying to capture.” Personal Baby is out across digital platforms.
