O.L.A closes 2020 with sensational EP, Vibes Vol. 1

With most people thinking the year 2020 is all but done with music albums, singer, O.L.A, is giving fans something to cherish this yuletide season with his long-awaited body of work, Vibes Vol. 1.

With most people thinking the year 2020 is all but done with music albums, singer, O.L.A, is giving fans something to cherish this yuletide season with his long-awaited body of work, Vibes Vol. 1.

Born Alexander Olaoluwa Salami, the musician is set to make this festive season a fun filled with the blazing album, which promises to excite not just his fans but all music lovers.

The Atlanta-born Afro singer revealed that he fell in love with music from a very young age. With a knack for songs by notable Nigerian music groups over the last decade such as Mo-Hits, Platanshun Boiz and P-Sqaure, O.L.A was exposed to a fusion of sounds that have grown into the musical prowess he possesses as evident on his tunes.

Vibes Vol. 1, an extended play (EP) is the first, full-project coming from the camp of the youngster who had released singles such as Vibes and Men Wey Sabi featuring Ghanaian rapper, Tulenkey earlier in the year.

The five-tracker, which already has two accompanying visuals, shows in great detail the growth and musical ability of the Afro-fusion artiste. With tracks such as Cell Phone, Heavy and My Level, the project is sure to turn heads, as some fans that has had a preview of the work testifies.

O.L.A who has been making music since he was 15, said his strong interest in music started during his time at British International School after which he bought the necessary studio equipment and started using Fl and Logic software to learn how to record himself.

With an invitation from DMW boss, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido to come and record in his studio, O.L.A is more motivated and working hard to make a big mark in the Nigerian and African music space.
