Small Doctor, Jimboi for Nnenna & Friends at 10 tomorrow

As part of series of activities put together to celebrate its 10th anniversary as a brand with priority to provide positive child development through edutainment, and celebrate this year’s edition of the International Children Day, popular TV show, Nnenna & Friends, have enlisted I Dey Kill Mosquito crooner, Small Doctor and comedian, Jimboi for the spécial edition of live show, schedule to hold tomorrow at the National Theatre Iganmu, Lagos.

For 10 years, the show has been impacting children’s lives (kids, teens, and young adults) positively with series of educative programmes, including Brainpower Game, the TV Show, The Magazine and Live Show.

Other entertainers enlisted to serenade guests at the over 3,000 capacity hall, include Papa Ajasco and company, N-Stars, PEFTI band, Desmond Osorebe, and Mc Prince.Speaking at a press conférence held at the PEFTI Institute, Ajao Estate, Isolo, Lagos, Yinka Olukunga, who is well known by the stage name, Nnenna said the choice of Small Doctor is as a result of his love for children, adding that the singer is one of the few clean artistes in the country.

“He has been on the programme before and he is passionate about children,“ she said.On the challenges surmounted, Olukunga stated that it’s not easy putting together a show like Nnenna & Friends, and sustain it for 10 years, adding that it has been team work with friends and supporters.

Commenting on the future of the show, Olukunga said, she hopes the show would be greater than where it is now, and hope to sustain the tempo with passion, which is the driving force. “We are going to reach out more,“ she added.
